Part-Time Receptionist – Castleford
Days: Monday to Wednesday
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm (Monday | Tuesday) - 8:30 - 12:15pm (Wednesday)
Location: Castleford
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and personable Receptionist to join their team in Castleford. This is a part-time position, working Monday to Wednesday, and offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the friendly face of a busy organisation.
The Role:
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering and transferring incoming calls efficiently and courteously.

Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring they are signed in and directed appropriately.
*
Managing deliveries, incoming and outgoing post, and general front-desk duties.
*
Maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area at all times.
*
Providing administrative support to teams across the business, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
*
Assisting with meeting room bookings, arranging refreshments, and supporting general office coordination.
*
Acting as a point of contact for facilities or maintenance queries where required.

Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role.

A confident, polite, and clear telephone manner.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
