Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential housing? Our client, a reputable housebuilder, is seeking a confident and capable Contract Site Manager to take the lead on a busy new build housing development.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of all site operations.
*
Ensuring build programmes are met on time and within budget.
*
Overseeing sub-contractors, trades, and labour teams.
*
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control.
*
Reporting progress to the Contracts Manager and wider team.
*
Managing materials, logistics, and site documentation.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing projects
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card preferred), and First Aid certificates.
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage build stages from groundwork through to completion.
*
Good knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations.
