The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate in Litigation, you will:

Lead and manage a caseload of complex and high-value litigation matters from start to finish.
Provide strategic, commercially focused advice to clients on contentious issues spanning various sectors.
Represent clients in High Court and County Court proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution processes including mediation and arbitration.
Draft, review, and negotiate robust legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Develop litigation strategies that align with clients’ commercial objectives.
Supervise and mentor junior team members and trainees, supporting their development and ensuring quality work.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on sensitive and high-stakes matters.
Collaborate closely with partners and contribute to business development initiatives that drive the growth of the team.What We’re Looking For
✅ Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8–10+ years’ PQE in litigation.
✅ Proven track record managing complex commercial disputes.
✅ Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
✅ Excellent grasp of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation tactics.
✅ Experience gained in a top-tier firm or reputable in-house legal team (desirable).
✅ Confident leader who can supervise and motivate others while collaborating effectively across departments.
✅ Commercially astute with an ability to understand clients’ business drivers and deliver practical, strategic solutions.
✅ A strategic thinker with the initiative and ambition to play a key role in the growth of the team.
