A great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a large, well-structured finance team during a period of internal change.
You will work closely with senior non-financial leaders, providing clear financial insight, improving budget ownership and driving accountability across a complex organisation.

What you will do

Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
Provide clear, proactive financial analysis and guidance
Support budgeting, forecasting and long term planning cycles
Challenge constructively and influence decision making
Improve financial accountability and ownership
Lead on financial reviews, performance tracking and corrective actions
Line manage one Finance Business Partner 

We would like to speak with

Qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Professionals experienced in business partnering
People confident influencing senior stakeholders
Individuals able to simplify financial information clearly
Finance professionals with line management experience

What you will receive

Salary £58,000 to £68,000
Six weeks holiday plus bank holidays
14.5 per cent employer pension contribution
Hybrid working with two days on site
37 hours per week, fixed term until August 2027
