* Identify capacity gaps, propose mitigation strategies, and coordinate ownership of actions across multiple stakeholders.
* Support weekly Logistics performance reviews by preparing key operational insights.
* Collaborate with the Logistics Planning and Construction Logistics teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
* Maintain strong working relationships across a diverse interface landscape including Planning, Site Operations, Construction, 3PLs, and more.
* Champion nuclear safety culture and operate within regulated standards.

Essential Experience:
* A background in Construction Logistics or large-scale Supply Chain Operations (nuclear, aerospace, engineering, or energy sectors preferred).
* Proven experience using logistics planning tools and methodologies to drive project outcomes.
* Strong data analysis skills; able to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful action plans.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to liaise with internal and external teams.
Skills & Tools:
* Primavera P6, WMS, Power BI, Excel, and other Logistics/Supply Chain Planning tools.
* Deep understanding of inventory management, scheduling, and capacity planning.
* Clear, concise communicator - technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 5 years in a logistics, planning, or capacity management role on complex projects.
* Familiarity with NEC contracts and nuclear/regulatory environments is an advantage.

What's in It for You
* Be Part of History: Work on the UK's first new nuclear power station in a generation.
* Scale & Impact: Over 22,000 workers contributing to a £36 billion project that supports 70,000+ UK jobs.
* Net Zero Future: Contribute to a project essential to Britain's low-carbon energy transformation.
