Reporting to: Senior Production Engineer

What You'll Do:

Optimise and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
Lead equipment and process failure investigations.
Implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma & OEE tools.
Support new equipment from spec to validation.
Drive cost reduction and efficiency projects.What You Bring:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred).
3-5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Solid grasp of cGMP, validation, and quality systems.
Experience with aseptic techniques is a plus.
