Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects by executing structured outreach campaigns.
Liaise with the Marketing team to research and identify potential customers and continuously build your list of target prospects.
Apply purposeful and disciplined daily activity to generate new Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs).
Engage confidently with cold companies to introduce new products or services.
Maintain and update CRM tools (Pipeline or equivalent) to reflect accurate sales activity and pipeline status.
Build rapport with key decision-makers in target organisations, nurturing relationships through various channels (phone, email, social media).
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities to enhance prospecting strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Technical and Product teams to build knowledge and develop sales-focused content resources.
Align outbound sales activities with broader Marketing campaigns to drive awareness and market response.
Monitor personal sales metrics, analyse results, and adjust tactics for continual improvement.
Support the development of outbound campaign calendars focused on product launches and market segments.
Maintain professionalism, demonstrate self-discipline, and set a high standard for others in the sales team. Essential Skills & Experience:
Outbound Call Experience
Confident and effective communicator via phone, email, and social platforms.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
