Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Stoke-on-Trent

An excellent opportunity to launch a career in financial services as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker with a well-established mortgage and estate agency business in Stoke-on-Trent.

You will receive full training and ongoing support to develop into a qualified Mortgage Advisor, advising clients on suitable mortgage products and supporting cases through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct client fact-finds and initial consultations

* Learn mortgage products, lenders, and regulations

* Source and recommend suitable mortgage solutions

* Submit mortgage applications and manage cases

* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents

* Work towards and exceed performance targets

Requirements

* CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent)

* Sales or customer service experience preferred

* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn

* Strong communication skills

* Full UK driving licence and clean credit history

Package

* Salary up to £25,000 (including car allowance)

* £500 per month guarantee for 6 months

* OTE £45,000 year one, rising to £65,000+

* Uncapped commission and full benefits
