We are delighted to be working in partnership with a thriving secondary school in Crawley to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher, ideally with a strong background or specialism in Economics.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high quality lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5, inspiring students to explore the world of business and economics with curiosity and confidence. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the department’s curriculum and help prepare students for success in GCSEs, A-Levels, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5

* Deliver A-Level Economics (desirable but not essential)

* Plan, prepare and assess high-quality lessons that support excellent outcomes

* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities

* Support students’ academic progress and personal development

* Participate in departmental meetings and whole-school initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject

* Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level (A-Level experience desirable)

* A passion for your subject and the ability to bring learning to life

* Strong classroom management and organisational skills

* A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
