Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of operatives to deliver daily production targets

Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and quality standards

Drive continuous improvement across processes and performance metrics

Manage shift planning, resource allocation, and KPI reporting

Support training, development, and succession planning within the team

Collaborate with technical, engineering, and planning functions to ensure smooth operations

About You:

Proven leadership experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment

Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a chilled, high-volume setting
