Your new role
As a Cut and Crease Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, operating high-specification machinery to deliver precision-cut and creased materials. You will be responsible for:

Operating Bobst 142 CER and 145 Mastercut machines to meet production specifications.
Ensuring safe and efficient machine operation in line with health and safety standards.
Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality output.
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
Accurately record production data and material usage.What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 5 years' experience operating Bobst 142 CER and 145 Mastercut machines.
A strong understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Experience with pre-make processes is advantageous.
High attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
Physical stamina to manage manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
Experience with embossing, debossing, and braille is highly desirable.What you'll get in return
