Accept Recruitment are currently looking for a hands-on and motivated Team Leader to join our client’s production team in Coventry. You will be responsible for overseeing the assembly and trimming of train and caravan seats, supporting daily operations and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

Duties will include:

* Liaising with the Production Manager to manage day-to-day operations

* Performing final quality checks on products before dispatch

* Handling any product returns or faults

* Supporting and driving team performance to meet KPIs

* Using internal computer systems (IT literacy is essential)

* Leading by example on the shop floor

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar senior role (or a strong operative ready to step up)

* Good level of English (spoken and written)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* High attention to detail and quality

* The ability to motivate and guide others

* Confident computer skills

Salary: £15.10 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30–16:15; Friday, 07:30–12:30
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
