The Role:
Proactively source and qualify new lead opportunities
Cultivate long‑term client and consultant relationships
Guide PQQs, tenders and pipeline management
Represent the business at meetings and industry events
About You:
Proven business development or pre‑construction experience within construction
Excellent networking, communication and strategic skills
Understanding of key sectors and procurement methods
UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
