Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 7:00am-1:00pm

About the Role
Vibe Recruits client is looking for a hands-on Screen/Digital Print Operator to support print and assembly operations within a busy manufacturing environment. The role involves producing high-quality safety and informational products using screen printing machinery and digital print software, followed by assembly and inspection tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Operate screen and digital printing equipment to produce components to required standards

Prepare, clean, and maintain the work area and equipment

Use Adobe and other software to design and prepare artwork

Carry out inspections to ensure product quality and compliance

Support trials and continuous improvement initiatives

Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and safety

About You

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Confident using hand tools and following set procedures

Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-focused environment
