Vehicle Technician – Premium Main Dealership
Location: Reading
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 basic + bonus (OTE £45,000)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 1 in 7 Saturday mornings

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a leading premium main dealership in Reading. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our team and deliver outstanding service and technical expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles to manufacturer standards

*

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults using the latest diagnostic equipment

*

Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

*

Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and service records

*

Maintain a professional approach and support the wider team when required

About You:

*

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

*

Previous experience in a main dealer or quality independent garage

*

Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to delivering high standards

*

Full UK driving licence

Working Hours:

*

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

*

1 in 7 Saturday mornings (paid overtime or time in lieu)
