Project Manager – Nottinghamshire – £35,000 - £45,000

We delighted to be supporting a well-established, innovative organisation based in Nottinghamshire who are looking to recruit a Project Manager. You will be working within the Contracts Department to manage and coordinate projects within agreed timescales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role. Preparing and monitoring of project programming
On site start up, delivery and method statements
Risk assessments, completion, testing and O & M manuals
Responsible for a profit margin on each project
Liaising with Sub-Contractors to define and implement plans and projects
Site visits as and when necessary to ensure objectives are achieved by others
Monitoring, reporting, and updating on projects throughout their progress
Mentoring and delegating as necessary to achieve the project
Key requirements and preferences:
 
Previous experience in Project/Contract Construction Managing is essential
Educated to HNC or equivalent desirable
Health and Safety qualifications and knowledge of risk assessments and method statements - highly desirable
Current CSCS card holder, i.e. Site Manager would be advantageous
SMSTS card – preferable
