Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 RBI+) – Berkshire – Up to £115k/Annum

Location: Berkshire
Contract: Initial 6 months (likely extension)
Rate: £55 – £65 per hour (up to £9,620/month)
IR35: Inside IR35 (Outside IR35 a possibility)
Hours: Full-time hours
Start Date: ASAP (notice periods considered for the right individual)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 RBI+) to support a busy Building Control in/around the Berkshire area. The role offers a strong hourly rate, full-time hours, and flexibility around start date for the right candidate.

Key Details

* Class 2 RBI+ registration essential

* Experience across a broad range of Building Control duties

* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision

* Strong knowledge of current Building Regulations and legislation

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
