SEN Learning Support Assistant - Oldham
Full-Time | Immediate Start | £90-£95 per day (PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be working with a vibrant two-form entry Primary School in Oldham that is seeking a caring and committed SEN Learning Support Assistant. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants or graduates looking to begin a rewarding career in education.

The Role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN including ASD, ADHD and speech and language needs
* Work alongside the class teacher to adapt lessons and deliver engaging, accessible activities
* Help pupils overcome barriers to learning through patience, encouragement and consistency
* Promote inclusion and contribute positively to the whole school community

This role is perfect for candidates with existing SEN experience or enthusiastic graduates who are considering a future in teaching and want valuable classroom experience.

What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children with SEN in a school setting is desirable
* A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
* A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to learning support
