Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid Working, 3 days in Oldbury HQ each week
Role Purpose
Deliver high-quality, professional customer service. Resolve enquiries efficiently, aiming for first-time resolution, and support continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
Accurately log all interactions and conduct satisfaction surveys.
Use feedback to tailor services and support improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Uphold equality, data protection, and health & safety standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
Frontline customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with adaptable service delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and IT systems.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
