I am pleased to be working with our longstanding manufacturing client in Warwick to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp to perm basis.
The duties of the Purchase Ledger Clerk include:
* Processing invoices
* Matching payments and supplier invoices
* Nominal coding
* Posting on Sage Line 50
* Reconciling statements
* Resolving any payment queries with suppliers
* Managing the accounts email inbox
The ideal candidate will be:
* Able to work on own initiative
* Organised with excellent attention to detail
* Have experience in a similar accounts role
* Fully conversant with Sage, Xero knowledge is desirable
The hours of work are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and it is a fully office based position.
