Role: Civil Litigation Lawyer
Location: Lancashire/ Hybrid – 2 days working from home
Salary: £33,000 - £50,000 annum DOE
 
Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

Represent clients in civil litigation matters including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings
Draft and files pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents
Ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines
Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.About you as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

1- 3 years of post qualified experience handling litigated civil claims as a Solicitor/Barrister or Legal Executive
Ability to manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial
Strong technical lawyer with good written and oral communication skillsBenefits:
