Hourly Rate: £27.56 LTD or £21.70 PAYE

? About the Role As a Children’s Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in assessing and responding to the needs of children and young people at risk. You’ll work alongside a multi-agency team to ensure timely, effective support and interventions are in place, making a real difference in people’s lives.
? Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and deliver targeted interventions
Work directly with children, young people, and families to identify their needs
Develop and implement effective, child-centered support plans
Collaborate with health, education, and community partners
Maintain detailed, accurate case records
Provide compassionate guidance and advocacy for families in crisis✅ What We’re Looking For
Qualified Social Worker (e.g., SW, LCSW, CBT)
Proven experience working in children's social care
Strong assessment and safeguarding skills
Excellent communication and collaborative working abilities
