Graduate Telesales Executive – Perm – Liverpool - £28,317k

Forrest Recruitment are looking for a motivated Graduate Telesales Executive to join a growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a sales career within a market-leading organisation, generating new business and building strong client relationships across key industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business through proactive outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries

* Deliver targeted telemarketing campaigns to promote the full range of company services

* Build and manage a portfolio of clients, developing long-term customer relationships

* Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

* Research prospects to tailor solutions to customer needs and develop new markets

* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update all activity on the CRM system

* Work collaboratively with Marketing, Field Sales, Tendering and Telesales teams

* Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and on time

* Comply with Health & Safety policies and demonstrate company performance behaviours

Skills & Experience:

* Degree qualified (Desirable)

* Previous sales, telesales or customer service experience (Desirable)

* Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills

* Results-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel

* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
