About the Role:

This is a 4-bed children’s home in Goole, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs. As Registered Manager, you’ll:

• Lead a team delivering consistent, therapeutic, high-quality care

• Build strong systems for consultation, safeguarding, and compliance

• Create and oversee tailored care plans across all areas of need

• Develop a stable, values-led team with the right training and support

• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and professionals

• Take full ownership of regulatory and commercial performance

About You:

• Minimum 2 years in residential childcare, including 1 year supervisory

• Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to begin within 6 months)

• Solid grasp of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, and safeguarding expectations

• Confident, trauma-informed, and child-centred in your leadership

• Organised, financially aware, and a strong communicator

• Full UK driving licence required
