Our client is a multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy operating nationally across a broad range of sectors.

Due to project wins and planned continued growth, an Associate Director is sought to lead the Structures discipline, based in Birmingham with flexibility for other office locations.

This strategic leadership role will oversee technical delivery, commercial performance and business development for structural engineering services.

Responsibilities include leading and developing the team, managing project performance and finances, maintaining high technical standards and contributing to senior management decision-making.

Candidates should have strong experience in foundation and superstructure design across multiple materials, project and financial management expertise, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality structural engineering services in compliance with relevant regulations.
