Candidate Profile
Must Have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or ownership roles
* Proven project delivery experience in tech environments
* Ability to conduct and apply insights from market and customer research
* Strong leadership skills and experience working with diverse teams
Should Have:
* Experience in or exposure to the legal industry or professional services
* Strong interest in the transformation of the legal landscape
* Knowledge of data science and analytics
* Ability to simplify complexity and structure information clearly
* Confident in agile, lean, and human-centred design practices
* Understanding of generative AI, its capabilities, and risks in software development
