ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a warm and welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Oldbury. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, with great potential to become a long-term role for the right person.

Your Role

Support students’ learning, social, and emotional development in a nurturing environment

Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons

Provide personalised 1:1 and small group support for learners

What We’re Looking For

Ideally a Level 3 TA or Childcare qualification (not essential)

Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs

Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

References and an enhanced DBS check required
