Kinship Fostering Team Manager - Good Ofsted

Salary up to £58,959 per annum

NonStop Consulting is looking for an experienced Fostering Team Manager who can join the Fostering Kinship and Assessment Team, for a Local Authority with a Good Ofsted rating in the East of England area.

This is a hybrid role, offering you flexibility with your schedule.

Responsibilities:

The Fostering Kinship Team Manager will lead a stable and well-established team of Advanced Practitioners, Supervising Social Workers and Family Support Workers.

You will provide strong leadership and oversight, supporting performance, staff development and training, while chairing key meetings and reviews. The role also involves promoting a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to ensure each child's needs are fully understood and effectively met.

Requirements:

experience in working as a Fostering Team Manager or Fostering Advanced Practitioner

experience in fostering recruitment and kinship

Full driving licence
