In-house Employment Solicitor

South Yorkshire

£55k - £60k

Hybrid 3 days a week in the office

In-house Employment Solicitor is required to join a PLC household name on a permanent basis. You will be joining a well regarded legal team and be providing employment advice across the group.

As the In-House Employment Solicitor, you will be;

Undertaking a wide range of employment law matters, both on the contentious and non contentious side
Working with internal stakeholders to include HR and Employee relations to provide employment law advice and drafting employment contracts when required
Drafting and amending employment policies and procedures and working on projects within the Group
Managing Employment Tribunal claims up to preliminary hearings and instructing counsel thereafter

As the In-house Employment Solicitor, you will have;

A Qualified Solicitor with a good working practice of Employment Law
Experience advising in-house legal teams on employment law either within an in-house setting or private practice
Ability to build and continue working relationships across the group, providing clear and concise advice
