Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday

We're hiring for a multiskilled warehouse operative with a valid UK counterbalance licence to join a small, busy engineering company in Rugby.

What you'll do:

Pick and prepare raw materials

Book in stock

Scan, label, and complete paperwork

Load orders using a counterbalance FLT (when needed)

Use basic computer systems

What we need from you:

Must live locally to Rugby

Previous warehouse experience (not just loading or driving FLT)

Accuracy, care, and attention to detail

What you'll get:

£13.33 - £13.50 per hour (based on experience)

37.5 paid hours per week
