Sales Advisor – West Sussex

Knightwood are working with a leading housebuilder who are looking for a Sales Advisor to join their busy Sussex division, based on a development in West Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team and play a key role in driving sales across a high-profile development.

The Role:

*

Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the development

*

Support buyers throughout the purchasing journey, from enquiry to completion

*

Oversee reservations, contracts, and customer extras (options & upgrades)

*

Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are maintained to the highest standard

*

Achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in new homes sales is desirable but not essential

*

Open to candidates without direct experience if they have strong people skills, confidence, and the ability to learn quickly

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a professional approach

Package & Hours:

*

Basic salary: £35,990

*

OTE: £60,000+

*

Hours: Thursday – Monday, 10am – 5:30pm (sales office open 7 days a week)

*

26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
