We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead our services across the Leicester region. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity where you'll have the platform to shape and grow care services, support staff development, and ensure regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across supported living, domiciliary, and children's care services.

Lead and motivate our care teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

*

Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements.

*

Oversee staffing, service performance, and budgets to support sustainable service delivery.

*

Promote and uphold person-centred care practices.

*

Build strong, collaborative relationships with service users, families, and external partners.

*

Drive innovation and improvement across all service areas.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent/ working towards)
✔ Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a care setting
✔ In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and best practice standards
✔ Experience across supported living, domiciliary care, and children's services
✔ Proven leadership and team development skills
✔ Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
✔ Full UK driving licence (required)
