Our client is continuing to grow and an opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our established and successful team, covering the company’s various branches.

THE ROLE:

·Being responsible for providing excellent customer service and regulated financial advice to clients

· Creating, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, through quality of service and advice

· Recommending suitable products from a comprehensive or whole-of-market range

· Keeping up-to-date with current mortgage rates, lending criteria, and regulatory updates

· Benefitting from full in-house administrative support

REQUIREMENTS:

· Have at least 18 months years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker

* Have CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential

* Be a confident communicator with a customer-first mindset

* Be organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a busy case pipeline

* Be proficient in using mortgage sourcing tools and CRM systems
