Administrator Required in the Health & Safety Sector

A new position for a part time Administrator is being created to support business growth based in our Aldridge, West Midlands offices.

The position will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for ensuring that core elements of the business are fulfilled. The applicant will be proficient at ensuring records (including minutes) are maintained and circulated, diary management and undertaking full responsibility for ensuring that the companies technical file management process is maintained alongside our ISO requirements. Engagement will be required with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business.

Administration Support Essential Requirements:

* Good written and verbal communication skills to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and understand process

* Ability to document and organise technical information

* Understanding of management processes for governance and compliance

* Proficiency in Word, Excel and Database applications

The position is office based, 4 hours per working day, flexible between 09:00 – 17:00 by agreement.
