Role Overview: SENCO
As a SENCO within an Additional Resource Provision (ARP), you'll play a crucial role in leading and coordinating the provision for students with special educational needs. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable about SEN legislation and best practices, and experienced in implementing strategies to support students with diverse needs. You'll work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs), oversee SEN provision, and ensure all students make progress academically and personally.
