Auto Electrician – Bus Fleet 
Location: Hull
Salary: £36,000 basic + overtime
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Auto Electrician to join a well-established operation maintaining a fleet of buses in Hull.

The Role You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across a modern bus fleet, ensuring vehicles remain safe, reliable, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
Fault finding and diagnostics on electrical and electronic systems

Repairs and maintenance of wiring, lighting, batteries, alternators, starters, and control units

Use of diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults

Planned and reactive maintenance

Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards

Requirements
Proven experience as an Auto Electrician (PSV, HGV, Bus, or Coach experience preferred)

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant qualifications or time-served experience
