Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in central Rotherham, seeking a part-time Design Technology Teacher to join their team from January.

The school is easily accessible by public transport and also offers convenient access for those who drive.

The Role:

Teaching Design Technology to KS3 and KS4 pupils

Part-time position working Monday, Thursday and Friday

Fixed-term contract running until July 2026

Planning and delivering engaging lessons that support pupil progress

Contributing positively to the department and wider school community

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Has experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level

Is confident teaching KS3 and KS4

Is committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about their subject

Has strong classroom management skills
