Room Leader - Early Years (Level 3+) - Basingstoke

Salary: £32,000 to £34,000

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced Room Leader to join a nursery team in the Heart of Basingstoke to help deliver high‑quality early years education.

About the Role

Lead and support staff across one or more nursery rooms
Plan and deliver engaging, EYFS‑aligned activities
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Act as a Key Person and build strong relationships with families
Track children's development and maintain accurate records
Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are met
Support staff development through coaching and role‑modelling

Rated Good by Ofsted
Capacity for 120

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
Experience in an early years setting
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
