Hours: Split Shift, Monday to Friday:
Mornings: 7:00 AM - 9:45 AM (at School Site 1)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and reliable School Site Supervisor to manage the facilities and grounds across two vibrant primary schools in [Town/Area]. This unique role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage their time between two locations, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of both sites.
The Role: Each day will begin at our first school site in the mornings, where you will undertake essential opening duties and checks. In the afternoons, you will transition to our second school site to manage closing procedures and afternoon tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As a School Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the daily functioning and safety of both school sites, including:
Gate Management: Opening the school gates in the morning, being present for duty, and ensuring they are securely locked at closing time.
Milk Distribution: Distributing milk to all classrooms first thing each morning.
Site Checks: Conducting regular visual checks of the school premises on a daily and weekly basis, completing required forms.
Furniture Movement: Assisting with the movement of furniture, including chairs and tables, as needed for various school activities or events.
Maintenance & Cleaning Support: Performing some light maintenance tasks and general cleaning duties, as well as supporting the work of the cleaning team where required.
Waste Management: Disposing of rubbish and recycling from classrooms to the bin store each evening.
General Site Upkeep: Contributing to the overall upkeep, security, and health and safety of the school buildings and grounds.We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a School Caretaker, Site Supervisor, or in a similar facilities management role.
Is highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
Possesses excellent practical skills and a good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Is able to communicate effectively with staff, pupils, and visitors.
Has a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (desirable due to split site).What We Offer:
