There is no requirement to bring clients with you. Naturally, they would like you to identify and act on organic new opportunities where possible, such as referrals and additional planning needs.

Key aspects of the role include:

* Managing and developing an existing, loyal client bank

* Delivering a full financial planning service across retirement, investments, protection and estate planning

* Working closely with experienced Support Staff to ensure smooth and compliant advice delivery

* Spotting opportunities to deepen relationships and support clients further

* Contributing to a professional, collaborative and people‑focused environment

Financial Planner Requirements

* Essential: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Planner / Financial Adviser

* Essential: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning

* Desirable: Working towards Chartered or already Chartered

* Essential: Strong written and verbal communication

* Desirable: Experience of delivering holistic, lifestyle‑based planning
