Science Teacher, Didcot

We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic and skilled Science Teacher with UK recognised QTS based in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

A large secondary school in Oxfordshire are looking for a full time Science teacher to join their school in September 2025. This is a long term placement and as a newly appointed teacher you will be fully supported by the Science department; As part of this role will teach up to GCSE level across the three sciences and be responsible for participating in team planning.

Daily rate of pay will start at £145 and can increase to £190, for more experienced teachers with UK recognised Qualified Teaching Status. All Science specialisms will also be considered.

UK qualified teacher status (QTS) is essential for this role.

Job responsibilities:

Planning/Teaching all lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Creating a positive environment and managing behaviour within the classroom
Providing leadership for the classroom assistant to provide the best support for all pupilsRequirements
