Senior Residential Conveyancer (Hybrid) – Canterbury - £55k - £65k per annum + benefits

Our client is a well-respected Law Firm based in Canterbury; due to continued success they are expanding their team and recruiting for an experience Senior Residential Conveyancer.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

* Managing a caseload, be able to demonstrate your experience in leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages and lease extension work

* Be working in a challenging, fast-moving professional environment.

* You will be joining a busy conveyancing team

* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

* Previous experience within a similar position is essential

* Be an excellent team player

* Possess excellent communication skills

* Enjoy working in a challenging and friendly environment
