About the Role
Join a fanatstic comapny as a Customer Service Advisor, supporting customers with life assurance, savings, investments, and pensions.

You'll provide compassionate and effective service during some of life's most important moments-whether helping someone plan for retirement, update their information, or manage bereavement support.

No financial services experience required - full training provided!
What You'll Do
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
* Support with policy updates, enquiries, and sensitive issues
* Deliver clear, empathetic communication and problem-solving
* Navigate multiple IT systems with accuracy and efficiency
