We are looking for a BPI Analyst to join our successful ESG team. This is a Home Based role with some occasional travel to the office required.

Role and Responsibilities

* Provide support to business users of CRM

* Learning to understand and support CRM processes

* Support with defining business processes

* Work with large scale data to be able to prepare and import into systems

* Provide training on system developments

* Work with external service providers to ensure delivery

* Produce development scoping documentation

* Manage delivery of projects through from inception to completion

* Escalate potential business risks to manager

* Read and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health and Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.

Experience and Qualifications

Essential:

* Proficient with Microsoft Office packages

* Advanced Excel proficiency

* Proficient with SQL/MySQL

* Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

* Ability to work on their own initiative with a good ‘Team Work’ ethic

* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise activities

* Good presentation skills

* Ability to analyse reports and develop recommendations

* Prepare clear and succinct reports and correspondence

Desirable:

* ESG experience

* Energy Industry experience

* Experience with CRM Systems
