Jackson Hogg is delighted to be exclusively supporting a well-established, family-owned business within the electronics sector to appoint a Operations Director.
The Role
As Operations Director, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations across the business, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and excellence across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and people. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve operational processes across the Group.

Oversee supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
*
Partner with the senior leadership team to set and deliver business goals.
*
Implement systems, metrics, and KPIs to monitor performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
*
Lead, mentor, and develop teams across logistics, warehousing, purchasing, quality, HR, and IT.
*
Drive operational projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable growth.
*
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety, and company policies.
*
Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control with the finance team.
About You
