Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Commercial Plumber

We are looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work in Enfield on behalf of a building services maintenance provider.

Working Hours: M-F, 8-5

Salary: Up to 45k

Duties:

* Fan coil servicing – checking filters cleaning coils, on/off temps hot cold, checking operation on divertor valves on fan coils

* Heating pump replacements

* General plumbing tasks – leak repairs

* Unvented hot water certificate is a must – servicing of unvented cylinders

* Working in boiler rooms – strainers, valve maintenance, 3 way valve replacement

* Air handling units – filter replacements, belt changes

* Radiator valves inc replacing occasional radiator

* Understanding of different types of systems – closed system, open system, LTHW system

* L8 legionnaires certificate would be advantageous

* Hot/Cold mixing valves servicing/replacement

Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

* DBS clear

* Clean licence preferred (van provided)
