About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of EL, PL, and product liability claims, from first notification through to final resolution. The position involves regular communication with clients, brokers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders to ensure fair, efficient, and timely outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with proven experience handling commercial liability claims, including employer’s liability, public liability, and product liability. You’ll need a solid understanding of UK insurance law and claims handling procedures, along with strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. A well-presented CV showing a consistent track record in a similar role is essential.
