Our client, a top-tier MEP Contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the the successful delivery of lifescience project. As part of this well-established company, you will lead the project from the pre-construction phase through to completion. This role offers long-term work in the Cambridge area, with excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Electrical aspects of this significant Life Science development.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Electrical projects from pre-construction to project close-out, ensuring all milestones are met.
Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
Cost control of the project with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management
Technical submittals, RFI’s, noticing and rectifying flaws in design
Delegation of work to project team (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site
