Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 + Car Allowance

I am working with a national speculative house builder based in the East Midlands who is looking for an Assistant Site Manager. 40 hours per week. Car allowance. Bonus & pension scheme available.
My client is a national speculative house builder who is starting a brand-new site to produce (Apply online only) units across multiple sites. Homes are valued between £260,000-£300,000

The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for:

- The planning, organising, and delivering of the site development.
- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all on-site operations.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure program of works is being met.
- Build & maintain healthy client relationships.

Assistant Site Management Requirements:

- A CSCS card.
- Full UK driving license.
- Be able to liaise with relevant parties when holding site meetings to discuss project build program.
