* Responsible for the proper and efficent maintenance of installations, plant and equipment across the housing stock

* Cover other areas of compliance, inclding lifts, legionella and fire.

* Take budget control for the the capital projects.

* Implemation, of building repairs, vois, gas and M&E Compliance
